ONE — THE INTRODUCTION
A household joins through an introduction, then sits with us for as long as it takes to record how it actually lives: the residences, the staff, the aliases, the allergies, the people who may call on the member's behalf and the people who may not.
That record is the house's memory. Nothing after it should ever need to be explained twice.
TWO — THE KEEPER
Every member has a Keeper: one person, named, who carries the household and answers to it. Behind the Keeper stands a named second who holds the same record and can act without briefing.
There is no queue, no rota of strangers and no ticket number. When the Keeper is asleep, the second is awake.
THREE — THE NETWORK
The Hive is a vetted network of specialists — house managers, captains, pilots, conservators, security teams, physicians, dealers — each admitted on evidence and each bound by a mutual non-disclosure agreement.
The Keeper instructs them, checks their work and settles their accounts. A member sees one conversation, not twenty.
