We hold the calendar of every residence a household keeps, and the standing instructions that go with each one. Which room the youngest sleeps in. Which water is in the fridge. Which housekeeper stays late on arrival night.
When a stay is added, the house is prepared against that record rather than against a checklist. Staff are briefed the day before. Linen, provisions, security cover and ground transport are settled while the flight is still in the air.
For hotels and private rentals we hold the same file. We speak to the general manager directly, we confirm the room by number, and we keep the account settled so nothing is presented at the door.
