We carry the operating file for owned aircraft and yachts: crew contracts, class and airworthiness dates, flag, insurance renewals, refit windows and berth agreements. Nothing lapses quietly.
For charter we place against the record we already hold — the cabin the principal prefers, the crew who have sailed with the family, the airport that avoids the terminal entirely. We quote once, and we hold the option.
Movements are planned with the ground. A flight is not confirmed until the car, the crew rest and the arrival house are confirmed with it.
